2>:Identity : As per Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guest to show an identity proof (Passport for foreigners) and have to to submit a photocopy of ID at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport and Aadhaar Card(PAN card not accepted). without which their booking stands invalid and they would not be allowed to check in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
Couples are welcome(we do not accommodate unmarried couples under 21 years old)
We do not allow visitors entry to guest room. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.

3>The Company’s Lien on Visitor’s Luggage and belongings: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriates the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest.
4>:Settlement of Bills: The bills must be settled on Advance. Debit/Credit Card & UPI accepted..
# all offer codes are valid only on online booking. coupon codes are not valid in Manual / Offline / Spot Booking.
We do not accept personal Cheques for payment.

5>:Check-in: 10 A.M to 10 P.M
Early Check-in (subject to availability)
Early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 10 a.m. Extra charges will apply as per below policy:
Before 6 AM 100% charges for one day payable as per room rates of the previous day
Between 6 AM and 8 AM 50% to 100% charges payable as per room rates of the previous day, depending on hotel policy
Between 9 AM and 10 P.M Complimentary
6>:Check-out: The ‘Check Out’ Time is 9.00 a.m.
Late Check-out (subject to availability)
Our standard check-out time is 9 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:
Between 9 AM and 9.30 AM Complimentary
Between 10 AM and 12 PM50% to 100% charges payable as per room rates of the next day, depending on hotel policy
After 1 PM100% charges payable as per room rates of the next day
#Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
7>:Room Service : Room service is suspended
8>:Generator : Generator Backup (24 Hour ). A.C & Geyser will not work on Generator Backup.
AC may not work due to low voltage in Mayapur. Hotel is not responsible in such circumstance. No refund would be applicable in under such circumstances
9>Open & Closed : Main gate of the Guest House will be finally closed at 10.00 pm. Main gate remains closed from 10.00 pm till 06.00 am. Entry Exit is restricted during this period of time.
10>:Cancellation : In case of Cancellation of flight or train or road trip due to any unforeseen reason, the room cancellation charges will remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy.
"EP" rate is Fully Non- Refundable and Can't be modified
10-A> On the date of check-in: In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable on the booking.
10-B> Mid Stay Cancellation: In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking.
10-C> Booking Extension Policy: Any extension of stay will be provided on current rates, subject to availability. Current rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 4 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.

12>:Damage : Any damage incurred to the furniture and fixture of the hotel by guests during your function, we will billed to you.
We do not allow Pets. Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
13>: Management’s Rights: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise .
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith , Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
14>:Rights Reserved:
Jagannath Guest House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without prior information.
Jagannath Guest House reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
15>: CAR RENTAL: All Car Pickup and Drop booking are non refundable. Guests are requested to call us for same day pickup and drop.
Important Notice
1. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception.
2. Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
3. Due to the fact that the hotel is located in a residential area it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the stay.
4. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at the hotel Reception only.
5. Guests are required to submit a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
6. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products / items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited
7. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the reception, at the their own sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 12 hrs.
8. Gambling, Smoking, contraband / smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, - are all strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
9. For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property., etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
10. Visitors entry to the guests’ rooms strictly prohibited, however in case of exceptional circumstances the management may allow visitor to guest room only after having photo Identity proof documents and register entry at reception. Also customer’s signed approval and mandatory registration at the reception desk (leaving an identity card and personal details).
11. The hotel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the hotel policy and rules.
12. It is not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance in the hotel premises. It is agreeably anticipated that guest will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized and decent manner.
13. For Any Damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the charges in full, and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management.
14. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever.
15. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other customers guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any hotel rules policy or instructions.
16. Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
17. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
18. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
19. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE policy, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES at any point of time without prior notice.
